GEOFF BEATTIE

W. Geoffrey Beattie is the Chief Executive Officer of The Woodbridge Company Limited (1998), the Thomson family's principal holding company, Deputy Chairman of Thomson Reuters. Mr. Beattie is a director of The Royal Bank of Canada, General Electric Company and Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Mr. Beattie is Chairman of the Risk Committee of General Electric and Chairman of the Risk Committee of The Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Beattie is a member of the Dean's Advisory Board of the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management at The University of Toronto. Mr. Beattie is also a trustee of the University Health Network.

Mr. Beattie is serving as Campaign Chair for the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Beattie graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1984. Mr. Beattie lives in Toronto and has two daughters.

ROHIT SEHGAL

Rohit Sehgal is Vice President, Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel, Chief Investment Strategist for Dynamic Funds, and head of the Power team. He is also the lead portfolio manager of Dynamic Power Canadian Growth Fund, Dynamic Power Hedge Fund, Dynamic Power Emerging Markets Fund and co-manager of Dynamic Power Balanced Fund.

With over 40 years of experience, Rohit Sehgal is one of the true veterans of the investment industry. His pure growth style utilizes both top-down macroeconomic analysis and bottom-up fundamental research to capitalize on early stage growth opportunities and protect capital in down markets.

Since joining Goodman & Company in 1998, Rohit has consistently delivered outstanding performance by leveraging upon his experience and insight of global markets and economies, while adhering to his proven investment process and strict sell discipline.

Rohit received an honours degree in economics from Delhi University and earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1974.

KEVIN M. SULLIVAN

Mr. Sullivan is Deputy Chairman of GMP Capital Inc. He has been at GMP since October 1995 and cofounded GMP Securities L.P. Mr. Sullivan served as President from 1996-1999 and Chief Executive Officer of GMP from June 1999 to September 2010. Kevin has 25 years of experience and relationships in the capital markets industry. During his tenure as CEO at GMP, Kevin oversaw the creation and growth of Richardson GMP, GMP Europe and GMP Investment Management.

In addition, he successfully oversaw GMP's initial public offering in 2003 and has since helped the company grow from a market value of $300 million to over $1 billion in that time. During his career, he has also spent three years in the European capital markets as well as a lawyer in general practice in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Sullivan has been involved in a number of charitable endeavours and community organizations, including co-chairing The Ride to Conquer Cancer, Canada's premier cycling fundraiser. He is a past member of the Ontario Securities Commission Industry Advisory Group and past Board member of The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, and a member of the Canadian Advisory Board of Right To Play.
