David Goodman

President & Chief Executive Officer

David Goodman is President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of DundeeWealth Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Dundee REIT.

Mr. Goodman joined DundeeWealth in 1994, leaving an early career as a litigator to become a Partner, Vice President and portfolio manager in the newly formed Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd. Mr. Goodman became President and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Funds in 2001.

Since that time, he has led the Company to become one of Canada's best performing and fastest growing investment managers. Mr. Goodman became Deputy Chairman of DundeeWealth in 2006, and President and Chief Executive Officer in 2007. More recently, he moved the company into institutional money management, bringing Aurion Capital Management into the DundeeWealth family in 2008.

Joanne Ferstman

Vice Chair & Head of Capital Markets

Joanne Ferstman, who is a Chartered Accountant, is Vice Chair and Head of Capital Markets. Ms. Ferstman joined the Dundee Group of companies in 1998 and held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for both DundeeWealth Inc. and Dundee Corporation until she accepted her new role as Vice Chair and Head of Capital Markets. Ms. Ferstman is a trustee of Dundee REIT and a Director of both Breakwater Resources Ltd. and Group Aeroplan Inc. In addition, she sits on a number of private company boards within the Dundee organization. Prior to joining the Dundee Group of companies, Ms. Ferstman spent four years as Chief Financial Officer for a national securities firm and five years with Ernst & Young.

David Whyte

Vice Chair & Chief Operating Officer

David Whyte is Vice Chair and Chief Operating Officer of DundeeWealth Inc. Mr. Whyte brings to his role 30 years of sales and operations experience in Canada's mutual fund and pension industries. He joined DundeeWealth in 2005, and most recently held the joint position of President, DundeeWealth Investment and President, Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd. Prior to joining DundeeWealth, Mr. Whyte held executive positions with other mutual fund investment companies including AIM Trimark (a division of AMVESCAP), where he was a Global Partner and member of the Chairman's Advisory Group. Mr. Whyte also managed all aspects of Metropolitan Life's pension operations in Canada.

John Pereira

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

John Pereira is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DundeeWealth Inc. Prior to joining the Dundee Group of Companies, John was employed with Ernst & Young LLP, Chartered Accountants from 1991 to 1994 and at General Accident Assurance Company of Canada from 1994 to 1997. Joining Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Limited as Assistant Controller in 1997, he assumed increasingly senior responsibilities within the firm. He was appointed a Vice-President in 2001 and became the Chief Financial Officer in February 2004. He became a Director of the company in 2005 and was promoted to Executive Vice-President in 2006. John’s most recent position was Executive Vice President, Finance of DundeeWealth Inc.

Mr. Pereira obtained his Bachelor of Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto in 1991, received his Chartered Accounting designation in 1993 and is currently a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Robert Pattillo

Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Robert Pattillo is Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications of DundeeWealth Inc. Mr. Pattillo is one of Canada's senior brand and category marketing specialists and widely recognized as a leading corporate issues manager. Throughout the last 22 years, he has led or been a member of the teams to reposition or re-brand some of Canada's most successful corporations, including Ernst & Young, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Sun Life Financial Services, the TSX Group and DundeeWealth.

Amy Satov

Executive Vice President, Distribution, Legal and Compliance & Corporate Secretary

Amy Satov is Executive Vice-President, Distribution, Legal & Compliance of DundeeWealth Inc. From 2002 to 2008, Ms Satov was Senior Vice-President, Distribution and Investments with DundeeWealth, and prior to that, Senior Vice-President, Legal and Compliance with Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd.. Ms. Satov is also the Corporate Secretary of DundeeWealth, Goodman & Company and various other affiliated entities. Prior to joining DundeeWealth in 2002, Ms. Satov already had extensive experience in the Canadian securities industry, working for predecessor investment fund companies as well as the securities division of one of Canada's largest banks and as an associate at a major Canadian law firm.

Ms. Satov obtained her combined Law Degree and Masters in Business Administration at Dalhousie University in 1994. She is a member in good standing of the Ontario Bar Association.

Jean-François Thibault

Executive Vice President

Jean-François Thibault is Executive Vice-President, DundeeWealth Inc. Mr. Thibault has been at DundeeWealth since 2002, holding increasingly senior positions overseeing human resources and administration in the Company. Before joining DundeeWealth, Mr. Thibault was Vice President, HR for a private mutual fund company. Mr. Thibault also has a background in finance and accounting, having obtained an MBA from UQAM and working as an accountant and assistant controller from 1989 to 1998.
