Compensation

At DundeeWealth, we believe in rewarding our employees with a highly competitive compensation package. Candidates who successfully secure a permanent position with our firm will be eligible for a competitive base salary, discretionary annual performance bonus, employer paid benefits coverage, and a generous employer-matched share purchase plan, amongst other benefits. We also believe that time away from work is important and that is why all new permanent employees are eligible for a minimum of three weeks vacation per calendar year.
