Then go to your desktop, click on the software that you just downloaded and saved to your desktop. Please let it pass through your firewall and install on the desktop. If you have already download an other conference room version, save over the older one.
Once open, it will ask for your display name, please place G- in front of your name, then select the room you want, in this case, "Conference Room" from the drop down menu. Select OK.
Once in, you should see a browser like program with my web page in the top right box.
If you have a microphone and/or webcam connected to you computer, you may hit "Talk Now" button or F12 function key on your keyboard. May also CHAT back and forth with everyone, in the CHAT BOX.
To end or close, you may go to file from the drop down menu and "log out" or click on the top right corner of the window to close.
