The following coverage can be offered:
Emergency Hospital & Medical Insurance
Provides up to $2 million in out-of-country travel insurance. Canadians who are traveling or studying abroad and who are covered by a Government Health Insurance Plan (GHIP) are eligible. Designed with optimum flexibility, trip cancellation and non-medical benefits are available options with this plan.
Visitors to Canada
Hospital & Medical
For visitors to Canada, TIC provides emergency travel coverage while in Canada. Two coverage options are available, ranging from $10,000 to $150,000.
Global Expatriate
This plan is designed for Expatriates who are not eligible for coverage under a government health insurance plan, or who are awaiting other insurance coverage in the country in which they intend to reside. You are also covered during visits to Canada or to your original country of residence, provided you are not eligible for government health coverage.
International Student Hospital & Medical
This plan provides basic hospital and medical care plus supplemental benefits for international students studying in Canada, who are not eligible for provincial government health insurance coverage.
